Bodywork Tub + Undertray   Floor + Chassis   |   Bodywork   Details   |   Wheels + Tires  |   Finished!

bodywork - Prepare bodyside parts d9, d15. Build intake ducts (right side: c2, c3, c4 / left side: c5, c6, c7).

bodywork - Attach intake duct assemblies. Attach small rear cooling scoop parts d7 and d8. Attach inside support parts a11,a12 and a13, a14.

bodywork - Completed body side assemblies.

bodywork - Prepare roof and rear body parts.

bodywork - Assemble rear deck. Parts: c19, c20, c25, c26, d12.

bodywork - Completed rear deck assembly.

bodywork - Build roof. Parts b18, b19, d1. Cut and bend in small scoop at rear end of roof.

bodywork - Completed roof and rear deck assembly.

bodywork - Build intake snorkels c27, c28. Attach completed bodysides to roof/rear deck assembly.

bodywork - Attach rear bodyside panels d10, d14.

bodywork - Prepare nose/scuttle parts b13, c1, d2. Part d2 should be curved before assembling. Cut out red slots on c1.

bodywork - Build radiator. Tabs of b13 and d1 pass through slots on c1.

bodywork - Prepare nose parts c23, c24, d13.

bodywork - Completed scuttle assembly.

bodywork - Outer nose body panel ready to attach to scuttle assembly. Cut out front wheel openings after assembling, this will keep the part's shape better during construction.

bodywork - Completed nose/scuttle assembly.

bodywork - Attach nose assembly to bodywork.

bodywork - Prepare complete chassis for bodywork mounting. First glue points are on rear wheel box, bulkhead tabs, and forward upper edge of the tub. Ensure body is centered and aligned on chassis.

bodywork - Glue down the body sides after bodywork is mounted to chassis.

bodywork - Completed body/chassis assembly.
