chassis - laminate core chassis parts a1, b4, b5, b6 to thin board (this is an office manilla folder) cut out red slots ( ! ). Fold tabs up before glueing.

chassis - parts fit into slots to complete core chassis assembly.

chassis - prepare front chassis parts a4 and a6, bulkhead b2 and steering hubs a18 (L) a17 (R).

chassis - glue core chassis to floor. ensure chassis is straight and flat. it may be helpful to use weight to hold chassis flat while drying.

front chassis - attach front bulkheads a4 and a6. Insert steering hubs a17 and a18 through slots and glue to back of opposite hub.

front chassis - completed steering assembly.

chassis - ready for next steps. Chassis parts should all be even, aligned, straight and true.

front splitter - prepare nose parts a8, a9, a10, a11, a12, a13.

front splitter - part makes a two-sided shape; a box form, and a small wedge which folds against the backside of the box...

front splitter - ...and should look like this (rear view).

transmission - Parts: a14, a21, b3, b12, b27, c11, c17. Prepare transmission parts.

transmission - Ensure transmission mounts straight and true, push as low in tray as possible, fit will be tight.
