Bodywork Tub + Undertray   Floor + Chassis   |   Bodywork   Details   |   Wheels + Tires  |   Finished!

exhaust - Prepare exhaust parts: a7 (L), a8 (R), b7, b8. Fold inside of pipe first, then curl and glue.

exhaust - Insert completed pipes through unfolded exhaust box first, then glue box sides to finish.

exhaust - Completed exhaust boxes.

body sides - Prepare bodyside parts: d1, a11 (R), a12 (L) Build intake ducts (Right side: c2, c3, c4 / Left side: c5, c6, c7).

body sides - Attach intake duct assemblies to d1. Attach inside support parts a11 (R) and a12 (L) to d1. Attach completed exhaust boxes, carefully noting correct side.

body sides - Completed body sides.

rear deck - Prepare rear deck parts: c11 (R), c12 (L), c20, c21, c23.

rear deck - Completed rear deck parts.

roof - Prepare roof parts: c38, c39, d6 (L), d7 (R), d8. Cut and curve in the small intake scoop at narrow end of roof panel.

roof - Completed roof assembly. Attach upper door panels d6 (L) and d7 (R) as last step. Align forward roof posts ("A" pillars) with forward edge of door panels.

bodywork - Parts: c24, c29 : Assemble intake snorkels.

bodywork - Parts: a13 (L), a14 (R) : Attach completed intake snorkels and front body support parts a13 (L), a14 (R).

bodywork - Parts: d2, d3, d4 (L), d12 (R) : Prepare rear body sides. Attach small intake parts. (Optional open rear fender parts "PURPLE" and PROTOTYP versions only)

bodywork - Attach rear bodyside panels.

nose - Parts: b13, c1, d11 : Prepare nose/scuttle. part d11 should be curved before assembling. Cut out red slots on c1.

nose - Build radiator. Tabs of d11 and b13 pass through slots on c1.

nose - Prepare nose parts c19, c22, d9.

nose - Outer nose body panel ready to attach to scuttle assembly. Cut out front wheel openings after assembling, this will keep the part's shape better during construction.

nose - Completed nose/scuttle assembly.

nose - Attach nose assembly to bodywork.

bodywork - Prepare complete chassis for bodywork mounting. First glue points are on rear wheel box, bulkhead tabs, and forward upper edge of the tub. Ensure body is centered and aligned on chassis.

bodywork - Glue body sides down after bodywork is mounted to central chassis.

bodywork - Completed body/chassis assembly.

bodywork - Completed body/chassis assembly.
