Bodywork Rear Undertray   Front Splitter + Chassis   |   Bodywork   Details   |   Wheels + Tires  |   Finished!

bodywork - Parts: b1, c1, c2, c6, c7, c9, c14, c16, c18, c22, c24. Prepare roof and rear deck parts. Carefully cut on thin black lines and curve side door panel on body part c1.

bodywork - Build roof, starting with windscreen section part c24 and fitting rear section part c16 last. Attach backing parts b1. The rear bodywork angles downward slightly beginning from the door/rear deck split...

bodywork - Attach brake intakes c2, c9 and rear fender inner sides c6, c7.

bodywork - Fold and glue rear bodywork stiffening beam.

bodywork - Parts: b10, c13, c15, c17, c21, c25, c27. Prepare fender parts.

bodywork - Front fender build detail. Fold and glue fender arch support to backside of fender. Cut out fender arch support as final step before mounting to bodywork. Take care, front fenders will be very fragile.

bodywork - Rear fender build detail. Fold and glue rear box area as shown. Attach backing tab b10 to leading edge of fender part c13 and c15.

bodywork - Attach front and rear fenders.

bodywork - Completed front fender.

bodywork - Completed rear fender.

bodywork - Prepare complete chassis for bodywork mounting. First glue points are on sides of rear box, bulkhead tabs, and forward upper edge of the tub. Ensure body is centered and aligned on chassis.

bodywork - Completed body/chassis assembly.

bodywork - Detail - completed bodywork mounting. Front door panels are bodyside alignment point.

bodywork - Detail - completed bodywork mounting. Rear wheel well is bodyside alignment point.
