rear tray - Parts: a2, a4, a13, a15, b11, a16, b12, b16, b18, b19, b21 : Prepare floor and undertray parts, cut out red slots ( ! ).

rear tray - Fold white flap on rear suspension part b16, insert tabs of exhaust pipe b21 through slots. Attach tray surface b16 to floor a2 using backing tabs b12 and b19. Attach tray center a15 using backing tab a16.

rear tray - Completed rear tray assembly.

rear tray - Fold and glue stiffening tabs along aft sides of a2. Attach forward extractor ramps a4, a13. Fold sides and glue to floor.

rear box - Parts: b9, b17. Prepare rear box parts. cut out red slots ( ! )

rear box - Fold and glue b9 to form rear bulkhead. Fold and glue part b17 for rear suspension beam.

rear box - Attach rear suspension beam b17 to completed rear undertray. Rear bulkhead b9 fits over slots in suspension beams, glue tabs under rear tray part b16.

rear box - Fold rear box over and glue tabs to complete rear undertray. Ensure chassis sides are set perpendicular to the floor.
