front splitter - Parts: a1, a3, a8, a9, a10, b3, b4, b5, c30, d14 : Prepare intake box parts a10, b5, and cx. Fold and glue front hubs b3 and b4, front steering bulkhead a3, and front suspension arms d14. Fold and glue splitter sides a1 and a8, curve to match splitter surface. cut out red slots ( ! ).

splitter - Attach prepared splitter sides a1 and a8 through slots in splitter surface a9. Glue tabs to upper surface only.

splitter - Fold curved lower surface under and glue. Glue along back edge only. Upper and lower edges should meet, creating a hollow area and a curved profile to the underside splitter surface.

splitter - Completed front splitter.

intake box - Fold and glue center intake a10 (shown upside-down in photo). Fold and glue intake box b5 as shown, insert tabs through sides and glue up. Attach tow-hook c30 through slot at base of intake box.

intake box - Completed intake box.

front splitter - Attach completed intake box.

front splitter - Completed front splitter assembly.

chassis core - Parts: a6, a7, a14. Prepare core parts. cut out red slots ( ! ) These parts may be mounted to thin paperboard for added stiffness, but leave mounting tabs as thin paper.

chassis core - Completed chassis core.

chassis assembly - Prepared chassis sub-assemblies.

chassis assembly - Attach front splitter assembly to floor/undertray assembly. Ensure front splitter is not twisted in relation to the floor.

chassis assembly - Attach front steering bulkhead a3.

chassis assembly - Align chassis core into floor assembly, glue tabs. Ensure completed chassis and floor assembly is straight and sits flat.

front suspension - Pass hubs b3 and b4 through slots and glue to steering bulkhead. Ensure hub a4 is on the Right side, a3 on the Left. Brake caliper should be on the forward side of the disc.

front suspension - Insert front suspension arms d14 through slots under floor, glue to small tabs under the steering bulkhead.

chassis - Completed chassis.
